Candidate holds a Ph.D degree and minimum three years of research experience with good track record of publications.

1. The candidates may approach the Research Director directly
2. Application from the candidate, addressing Research Director, will be forwarded to the Coordinator-Academics
3. Coordinator-Academics will go through the application and make a small report on the  application and submit it to the Research Director.
4. The Research Director will take the decision on the candidate's application.
5. Once the Research Director approves the application it will be forwarded to the Managing Director for final approval.

1. The Centre will provide lab space and office support.
2. The selected fellow needs to do full time research work to attain the proposed research objectives.
3. Leave:
   1. Year 1: Casual leave- 12 days CL in a year (1 CL for every completed month of service)
   2. Year 2: Casual leave- 12 days CL in a year (1 CL for every completed month of service)

      Annual Leave- 6 days (½ AL for every completed month of service)

   3. Year 3 (onwards):  Casual leave- 12 days CL in a year (1 CL for every completed month of service)

      Annual Leave- 12 days (1 AL for every completed month of service)

As per the regulation of the funding agency.
